Kylian Mbappe hands Arsenal shock $109m transfer opportunity as Mikel Arteta plans free deal

Arsenal have been handed a boost in their attempts to sign Aurelien Tchouameni from Real Madrid this summer as the Spanish giants make alternative transfer plans. Carlo Ancelotti's side have already added Jude Bellingham to their squad and have continued to revamp the midfield following the signing of Eduardo Camavinga.

With Luka Modric and Toni Kroos both ageing, Madrid are now said to be considering allowing Tchouameni to leave as they look to fund a bid for Kylian Mbappe. Mbappe, on the other hand, is set to leave Paris Saint-Germain next summer when his contract expires with Madrid seen as the clear favourites to land his signature. However, in a bid to get ahead of the competition for Mbappe, they are now readying themselves for a massive offer this window.
